We are currently seeking an experienced Event Planner Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing a variety of live and virtual meetings and events, overseeing all phases from inception to completion. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and budgets. The Event Planner Specialist will collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to understand their needs, coordinate logistics, and ensure that all event objectives are met with excellence. Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in event management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three to four years of experience in planning and managing corporate events
  • Proficiency in ms office
  • Ability to travel to events and meetings
  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Ability to travel to events and meetings

Job Duties

  • Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Manage event budget and task list, ensuring events are completed within budget and on time
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements
  • Develop event timelines and oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports and analysis
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
