This position requires careful oversight of all phases, from initial planning through final execution. The primary duty is to efficiently manage every aspect of events and weddings, aligning services with clients’ objectives and preferences to deliver distinguished and memorable experiences.
This role calls for an individual who excels in organization, communication, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and management, demonstrating the ability to design, organize, and execute seamless events. Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales, the Event and Wedding Planner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that each event reflects the unique vision and expectations of the clients. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
