Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a baker or finisher in a bakery environment preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Availability to work overnight shifts

- Previous experience as a baker or finisher preferred
- Previous experience as a cake decorator preferred

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction and service speed
- Produce quality baked goods following pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs
- Work well in a team environment
- Manage cake decorating station and inventory
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively to customers and team
- Decorate cakes according to design standards
- Maintain positive working relationships with guests and team members
- Follow instructions and sanitation guidelines
