Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a baker or finisher in a bakery environment preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Ability to meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Availability to work overnight shifts

  • Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Previous experience as a baker or finisher preferred
  • Previous experience as a cake decorator preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest satisfaction and service speed
  • Produce quality baked goods following pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Anticipate and understand guests' needs
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Manage cake decorating station and inventory
  • Communicate clearly and listen attentively to customers and team
  • Decorate cakes according to design standards
  • Maintain positive working relationships with guests and team members
  • Follow instructions and sanitation guidelines
