Job Duties

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key refinery customers
  • lead account management activities to support revenue growth, retention, and expansion opportunities
  • coordinate and collaborate with internal technical, operations, and sales teams to develop solutions that bring measurable value to customers
  • oversee day-to-day chemical program performance, including management of technicians, account representatives, and onsite service delivery
  • lead business reviews, commercial discussions, and technical presentations with customers and internal stakeholders
  • ensure chemical applications, delivery systems, and service processes comply with Baker Hughes safety, quality, and operational standards
  • drive team performance through coaching, development, and consistent execution of sales and service standards
