We are currently seeking dedicated and talented Associates for our Back of House positions, specifically Bakers and Separators, with required availability on weekends. You will work closely with store management and other team members, actively supporting store goals and delivering top-notch service. This position requires punctuality, dedication, and adherence to company policies to maintain the seamless functioning of bakery operations.

Working in the fast-paced food retail environment at 85C Bakery Cafe requires physical stamina, as the job involves continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and moderate lifting up to 50 pounds. Associates should be comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cooler and freezer environments.
