The role offered is for a Caf and Wine Bar Associate at the Boca Raton location, reporting to the Showroom Director or Senior Showroom Manager. This position involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee, baked goods, and alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring a high level of service that aligns with the companys standards. The associate will handle cash and credit transactions using the register, support special events such as Wine & Design evenings, showroom grand openings, and other promotional activities at the KC Caf. This role is essential to the success of the KC Caf and contributes to maximizing sales by engaging customers, offering upsells and suggestive selling, and meeting defined sales targets. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring skills in social intelligence, effective communication, and teamwork to create an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Compensation ranges from $15 to $18.50 per hour, and the position may be full-time or part-time depending on scheduling flexibility.
