Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • strong wine and beverage training experience
  • level I sommelier preferred
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing department associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
  • implementing effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests
  • creating memorable experiences for guests and actively participating in community outreach activities and events
  • serving as the subject matter expert of wine and beverages for guests
  • managing the beverage department’s profit and loss, developing initiatives to increase sales and profitability, growing the guest count, and fostering staff learning through extensive training programs
  • ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • enforcing safety and sanitation practices while maintaining immaculate facilities
  • embodying company Principles & Beliefs by being a role model and fostering a passionate, fun culture within the restaurant
