The role of Store Team Member is critical in building the Total Wine & More brand by delivering excellent customer service and driving sales through engaging interactions with customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible not only for assisting customers with their purchases and providing product advice but also for supporting various operational aspects of the store. Duties include maximizing product inventory by processing freight, organizing and distributing merchandise, and building attractive displays and end caps. You will also contribute to the digital business by fulfilling online orders and supporting in-store as well as curbside pickup and delivery services, including the possibility of driving and making deliveries.
