Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • experience in food preparation and merchandising
  • ability to stand and bend for extended periods
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • good communication skills
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation, display, and merchandising of bistro foods
  • contribute to the development, preparation, and presentation of menus
  • work with deli/bistro team lead and executive chef to meet sales and quality goals
  • answer phones and take special orders
  • maintain positive and friendly attitude with customers and team members
  • facilitate catered events from planning to completion
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
