Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- experience in food preparation and merchandising
- ability to stand and bend for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation, display, and merchandising of bistro foods
- contribute to the development, preparation, and presentation of menus
- work with deli/bistro team lead and executive chef to meet sales and quality goals
- answer phones and take special orders
- maintain positive and friendly attitude with customers and team members
- facilitate catered events from planning to completion
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
