Operational management forms a crucial part of this role; managing food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships while maintaining a keen eye on food costs and efficiency is essential. The successful candidate will ensure the kitchen adheres strictly to food safety and sanitation standards, exceeding local, state, and federal regulations. Collaboration with tasting room and winery leadership is key to delivering seamless hospitality and supporting a range of special events, wine dinners, and promotional activities.

The organization values leaders who are adaptable, proactive, and invested in the broader success of the team. Passion for wine is appreciated, especially an interest in Arizona wines, which the Chef will be encouraged to explore and incorporate into their culinary approach. Scheduling requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified culinary professional to join a reputable and growing winery that prides itself on quality, innovation, and heartfelt guest experiences.
