Part of the renowned Arcis Golf family, Ancala Country Club is dedicated to delivering unparalleled amenities and services, ensuring that each visit is memorable and exceeds the expectations of members, their families, and guests of all ages. Arcis Golf is recognized as a dynamic leader in the golf industry, known for its commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and fostering a respectful and supportive environment for all employees. The company is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify to comply with federal hiring laws.
The Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor role at Ancala Country Club is a critical position designed for an energetic, dependable, and professional individual ready to take on supervisory responsibilities and actively contribute to the club's legacy of excellence. This role requires hands-on leadership in overseeing daily F&B operations, training and monitoring staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will be pivotal in coordinating seamlessly with the culinary team to maintain high-quality standards, managing inventory and supplies to optimize cost control, and organizing event setups and breakdowns. Emphasizing strong communication and organizational skills, this position also demands flexibility with scheduling, as evening and weekend availability is essential to support the club's busy event calendar and daily operations. The individual will be responsible for supervising banquet and F&B staff, maintaining cleanliness and service standards, and actively participating in direct guest services when required. By controlling payroll, equipment, and product expenses, the F&B Supervisor helps ensure financial integrity alongside operational excellence.
