About: MIAMI LEISURE MANAGEMENT is looking for a dedicated and experienced Seafarer to join our team on a passenger ship. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in managing the galley operation, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations, and maintaining a high level of service.

Requirements: Job description includes section “Duties and requirements for all hotel crew”; High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role on a cruise ship or passenger vessel; Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures; Ability to lead and train galley staff effectively; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment; Flexibility to work long hours and shifts as required; Ability to transfer to and support other company vessels if needed; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
