Requirements: Required Education: – American Culinary Federation Certified Sous Chef level certification Required Experience: – Five (5) years of recent industry experience as a chef Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: – Advanced communication skills presenting ideas effectively – Ability to work well with others at all levels – Interpersonal skills to handle student concerns – Proficient organizational skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Ability to convey knowledge and skills to students – Basic mechanical aptitude
