Job Description
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconciling financials at shift end
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
- Ability to operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions
- Ability to read and write notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk or stand for 100% of the shift
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, and stoop
Job Qualifications
- A talent for engaging with guests and generating excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconciling financials at shift end

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating our food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for ultimate enjoyment
- Keep your immediate supervisor well-informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences
- Proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions when necessary
- Cultivate a warm and entertaining atmosphere for both guests and team members
- Adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
- Manage personal cash bank, ensuring all financial transactions are precise by correctly using credit card machines, providing accurate change, and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
- Follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests responsibly
