Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wedding sales or luxury event management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple clients
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success in wedding sales, luxury hospitality, catering, or event sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills with couples, planners, venues, and industry partners
  • Experience managing high-value events and long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to guide clients through emotional and detail-oriented decision-making
  • Confidence managing multiple clients, timelines, and proposals simultaneously
  • CRM proficiency such as HubSpot and Caterease
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Professional, polished presence aligned with a luxury brand

Job Duties

  • Manage and convert inbound wedding inquiries into booked events
  • Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and referral partners across Houston
  • Lead consultations, tastings, venue meetings, and follow-up communications
  • Create customized proposals that sell the full Cafe Natalie experience
  • Guide couples through the sales process with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Maintain and manage pipelines, client communication, and forecasting within HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Represent Cafe Natalie at networking events, showcases, and industry functions
  • Work directly with leadership on wedding sales growth strategy
