Job Duties
- lead a team of assistant coordinators and vendors to ensure smooth wedding day execution
- create detailed wedding timelines for clients
- coordinate setup of ceremony and reception areas
- direct vendor activities during the event
- ensure decor elements like seating cards, menus, favors, and guest book are arranged
- manage end-of-event details including handling gifts and collection of key items
- serve as primary point of contact for clients and vendors on wedding day
