- Ability to lead and facilitate ceremony rehearsals
Job Duties
- Conduct a final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
- Act as the primary advocate for the couple on-site providing calm and solutions-oriented support
- Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception according to event design and execution playbook
- Manage the entire wedding day execution including vendor arrival, coordination, and final breakdown
- Welcome and direct vendors and serve as their main point of contact throughout the event
- Coordinate and assist in the placement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and décor elements
- Support the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and day-of needs
- Ensure all end-of-event items including gifts, guest book, and décor are packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to ensure a seamless guest experience
