This position is for a Line Cook at Sixty Vines. The role involves cooking and preparing food items according to precise recipes to ensure consistency and quality. The line cook is responsible for executing menu items within designated time frames set by the Chef Partner. They must ensure all food products are prepared correctly before cooking, plating, and presentation. The role requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality and adherence to health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, keep a clean and organized workspace, and communicate effectively with coworkers and management to provide excellent service. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and a dedication to maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety protocols. The position offers a flexible schedule and a competitive wage range between $14 and $18 per hour on average. - Stand for long periods of time
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification

Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare all food products according to the prescribed methods and recipes
- Follow and maintain outlined cook times for all prepared items
- Maintain the highest level of food quality possible
- Receive and store all products according to local health regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment
- Clean and organize the walk-in, dry storage and freezer areas on a regular basis
