This role is for a Food Runner, a key position responsible for ensuring that food orders are promptly and accurately delivered from the kitchen to the correct tables. This position acts as the essential liaison between the kitchen staff and the serving team, ensuring that plated hot food leaves the kitchen efficiently and reaches the guests in a timely manner. The Food Runner’s duties involve careful coordination, attention to detail, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. In this role, you will carry food trays to the appropriate tables, carefully matching all food items to their correct orders based on ticket details. - Wipes up spills or drips on the rims of dishes and ensures the consistency of plate presentation
