Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

- Assist with the setup, replenishment, and breakdown of premium hospitality areas
- Maintain communication with culinary, suite service, and supervisory teams to ensure efficient service
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, utensils, and service supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service stations, pantries, and premium hospitality areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company standards
- Assist with event-day operational tasks and support team members as needed
- Help create a memorable guest experience through attentive and efficient service
