We are currently seeking motivated and innovative server assistants to join our elite team. As a server assistant at FAR Out Hospitality, you will play a crucial part in supporting the front-of-house team to ensure seamless and enjoyable dining experiences for our guests. This hourly position starts at $4.75 plus tips, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a team dynamic. Job Requirements

Job Duties

Clearing and bussing tables, glassware, and silverware during and after a meal
resetting tables by wiping down surfaces, replacing linens, and setting up tableware for the next guests
delivering prepared food to tables, pouring water, and restocking beverages
ensuring server stations are stocked with napkins, utensils, condiments, and clean menus
promptly clearing dirty tableware, transporting items to the dishwashing area, and quickly flipping tables for arriving guests
greeting guests, pouring initial water, refilling glasses, and assisting with serving cold drinks, coffee, or tea
assisting servers by carrying plates and delivering dishes safely to tables
monitoring restrooms for cleanliness, clearing debris outside the venue, and cleaning up broken dishes immediately
completing opening and closing routines, polishing silverware, and restocking ice and service stations
