The role in question focuses on supporting food and beverage service within the live event context, emphasizing customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Candidates will perform opening, running, and closing duties in alignment with the House of Blues service standards. Responsibilities include responding courteously to guest inquiries, maintaining cleanliness on the floor, handling spills safely, stocking and cleaning food lines, and following comprehensive safety protocols. They will be expected to stay informed on menu items and assist colleagues when necessary, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Job Duties

  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to House of Blues service standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously and politely
  • Keep floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and obstacles during shifts
  • Clean spills immediately using floor signs to caution guests and staff
  • Put trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
  • Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
  • Stay informed of menu items and descriptions and assist other employees as needed
  • Follow all safety standards
