The Village offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including scholarships for continuing education, vacation, holiday and sick leave pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary short-term disability, and a 401k plan. The community prefers candidates who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, aligning with its commitment to health and safety.
