In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly understanding the menu, including daily specials, to assist guests with recommendations and answer their questions accurately. You will take food orders, record them precisely on order slips, and enter them into the system for kitchen staff to prepare, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Exceptional guest service is a priority, reflecting our pride in the quality of hospitality we offer daily. The Server will also be expected to assist with silverware rolling, shift preparation, and table bussing when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
- Capable of repetitive hand movements such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Must tolerate exposure to noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, and temperature extremes
- Must perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
- Must be able to provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old for gaming servers and bartenders
- Must be able to provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Be fully knowledgeable of the menu to inform customers of daily specials, answer questions and make recommendations
- Write customers' food orders on order slips and enter orders into computers for kitchen staff
- Provide exceptional guest service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Roll silverware, set up and prepare for next shift
- Buss tables when needed after customers have finished dining
- Build positive rapport with guests
- Work with a team and maintain an upbeat attitude during shifts
