This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. As a Server, you will take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, anticipate guest needs, and promote menu items using suggestive selling techniques to increase sales. Additionally, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, participation in daily pre-shift meetings, and delivering a service sequence with meticulous attention to detail are essential aspects of this position.

The Server position is hourly with a base pay of $19 per hour, exclusive of gratuities and other incentives. This role offers flexible scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays, which is crucial in the hospitality industry.
