Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- ability to lift or push objects weighing over 40 lbs
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- cash handling experience preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- knowledge of food safety procedures is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- basic math skills for cash handling
- physical ability to lift and move objects over 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food orders
- provide information about menus
- look for opportunity to upsell products
- operate cash register and receive payment from customers
- accurately count and provide change
- follow all customer service and cash handling policies
- clean and stock work area
- assist in locating, reconciling, and verifying accuracy of transactions
- operate equipment with peripheral electronic data processing
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with kitchen-related functions
- receive inventory and move food and beverage products
- maintain knowledge of products and services available
- ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks
- clean and sanitize work station and equipment
