We offer a full-time barista position with a competitive starting wage of $19.83 per hour, with the opportunity to advance to $20.62 per hour after completing an extensive training and certification program within approximately 90 days. In addition to your hourly pay, you are eligible for tips averaging between $5.00 and $7.00 per hour. Our training program is comprehensive, designed to equip new hires with the necessary skills to become proficient in full-bar capabilities, thereby improving their craft and elevating customer experience. We emphasize continuous learning and coffee knowledge enhancement, ensuring every barista at Intelli can confidently educate and engage with our guests about coffee drinking and brewing nuances.
