Job Duties

  • Lead the experience: check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
  • Be the solution: handle guest concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
  • Support training and advancement initiatives within the team
  • Maintain effective communication to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all guests and employees
