The Food Supervisor is a pivotal figure who guides and supports team members engaged in various food service settings such as fast casual dining, cafeterias, coffee/counter services, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth coordination and oversight of routine work activities, ensuring that staff deliver quality service while maintaining safety and hygiene standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in food service or a related field
- Availability to work morning and afternoon/evening shifts
- Ability to attend work punctually and regularly
- Willingness to support a safe and healthy work environment
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed

- One or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
