Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred or related experience
  • 1 year of food service experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain LA City Fire Card and MOAB certification within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, and serve food for patients, cafeteria, and catering services

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, slicers, and blenders
  • Wash and store dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Stock supplies and transport items as needed
  • Support tray line operations and assist with menu preparation
