This role embodies the core values of ARN by requiring self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and an enthusiastic dedication to the company’s mission. Team Members are expected to work independently and collaboratively to resolve challenges effectively, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a positive work environment. Besides competitive wages, ARN offers benefits including medical insurance eligibility after one year based on hours worked, enrollment in a 401K retirement plan after one year, and vacation and sick leave in accordance with state mandates.
