Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to understand and communicate English
- ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of the shift
- ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- capacity to listen and accurately take orders
- ability to read video monitors and operate cash register
- must comply with Jack in the Box uniform and grooming standards
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Job Qualifications
- guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- must be at least 16 years old
- understands and communicates clearly in English
- ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- willingness to follow Jack in the Box policies and standards
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of food safety practices
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- delivering exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service
- preparing and assembling food products according to procedures
- maintaining restaurant cleanliness including front and back of house
- taking and clarifying customer orders accurately
- ensuring food safety by following all policies and procedures
- handling guest complaints by following steps to resolve issues
- working as a dependable and positive team member
- operating kitchen equipment and managing workstation supplies
- stocking and receiving deliveries according to established guidelines
