With locations across the United States, Main Event combines dynamic attractions with exceptional customer service to create a unique, high-energy environment where guests of all ages can enjoy unrivaled entertainment. The company prides itself on inclusivity, safety, and delivering a fun atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and create lasting memories with friends and family.

The role of an Event Coordinator at Main Event Entertainment is both dynamic and rewarding, focused on crafting personalized event experiences that surpass guest expectations. As an Event Coordinator, you will work directly with guests to plan and execute corporate, group, and birthday celebrations, tailoring each event to the specific needs and preferences of the client. This position demands a highly guest-focused mindset complemented by excellent communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for managing event bookings, scheduling, and collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilizing CRM and related software, you will input sales data, track guest information, and follow up on opportunities to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.

Safety and cleanliness are paramount at Main Event, and as an Event Coordinator, you will uphold these standards with the utmost dedication. You will serve as an ambassador of fun, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. Daily duties include coordinating event logistics, prospecting for new business through cold calling, supporting marketing initiatives to drive walk-in traffic, and participating in weekly sales meetings to contribute strategic ideas that enhance overall performance. The role also involves performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties to maintain operational excellence.

This part-time to full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $10.25 to $18.25 per hour, reflecting the candidate's experience and skill set. Main Event provides a supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and develop professionally. The company fosters a culture that values teamwork, relationship building, and career advancement through opportunities such as becoming a Certified Trainer.
