We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Closing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Closing Manager will work primarily the closing shift, which begins between 2 pm to 5 pm and extends until closing time. The closing hours vary based on the day — 10 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being mandatory shifts. This role is structured as a full-time position, typically encompassing 40 hours per week, with the potential for additional overtime hours available to top performers, enhancing earning opportunities. Compensation for this role goes up to $20 per hour, reflecting the responsibility and experience required. One of the essential aspects of this role is the leadership required to uphold nightly shutdown protocols and maintain operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
