As an Event Coordination Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of memorable events that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational abilities and a passion for event management. Your responsibilities will include conducting both short- and long-term event planning and management, developing and recommending comprehensive budgets, marketing plans, and objectives, and managing operations within established frameworks. You will be expected to maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profitability across all event areas by designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to boost event revenues.

The role also involves evaluating each event opportunity to ensure optimal service delivery, creating innovative event attractions by leveraging internal resources or collaborating with qualified vendors, and training, supervising, and supporting event staff in booking, planning, and executing banquet and catering functions. You will lead a dynamic event team tasked with cultivating long-term, value-based relationships with customers aimed at achieving sales objectives. Overseeing all facets of the event department—including sales, planning, marketing, service, and administrative procedures—will be a key part of your duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, business administration, or related field
