Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of relevant kitchen experience
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • high level of organization
  • capacity to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen or restaurant
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to communicate clearly with team members
  • organized and self-motivated
  • professional work ethic
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties

  • prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory
  • secure kitchen items timely for food preparation
  • ensure correct storage of leftovers
  • maintain accurate inventory records
  • adhere to sanitation and food safety standards
  • communicate effectively with restaurant team members
