  • Five years' kitchen related work experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Culinary Arts degree or vocational equivalent preferred
  • Food Handling Certificate or ServSafe Certification

Job Duties

  • Preparing all food items to specifications
  • Cook orders and maintain kitchen area cleanliness standards
  • Follow all menu and recipe specifications
  • Direct food service staff in the chef’s absence
  • Plan and execute special menus and/or special events
  • Complete all daily production schedule tasks as assigned
