- Five years' kitchen related work experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Culinary Arts degree or vocational equivalent preferred
- Food Handling Certificate or ServSafe Certification

Job Duties
- Preparing all food items to specifications
- Cook orders and maintain kitchen area cleanliness standards
- Follow all menu and recipe specifications
- Direct food service staff in the chef’s absence
- Plan and execute special menus and/or special events
- Complete all daily production schedule tasks as assigned
