Job Requirements

  • Culinary training through an accredited program or four years experience in equivalent position of responsibility
  • ServSafe certified or able to complete certification within the first 90 days of employment
  • Catering experience plus
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work all shifts and days of the week

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and catering areas
  • Assist with catering events and special resident functions
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality food service
  • Maintain accurate records of food preparation and service
