- Culinary training through an accredited program or four years experience in equivalent position of responsibility
- ServSafe certified or able to complete certification within the first 90 days of employment
- Catering experience plus
- Computer literate
- Able to work all shifts and days of the week

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and catering areas
- Assist with catering events and special resident functions
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality food service
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation and service
