This role involves preparing, packaging, and selling freshly baked goods according to company standards, ensuring that all food products meet quality and safety requirements. The position requires maintaining organized and well-stocked work areas, following detailed recipe cards and process guidelines to prepare food items consistently. Employees are also expected to uphold strict food safety and handling standards to guarantee the health and satisfaction of all guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to maintain excellent guest service
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture
- Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
- Ability to maintain processes and policies
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed

- Experience in a similar position
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
