As a Bartender at Invited, you will play a vital role in maintaining beverage control, ensuring the accurate pouring and serving of beverages, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. The position focuses on delivering high standards of service consistent with the club’s expectations and the company’s service training program. The role requires you to know members by name, greet them warmly, and provide a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations. You are responsible for accurately executing orders in a timely manner, addressing and resolving any complaints professionally, and practicing effective service recovery.

Preparation and maintenance of the bar area are critical to the role, which involves setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and ready at the start of every shift. Regular cleaning and organizing of the bar area are required to maintain an orderly and sanitary environment. Additionally, you will be tasked with completing daily assignments and side work to meet club standards, which includes restocking supplies and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, daily features, and specials. You will manage liquor items responsibly to maintain beverage control and possess an in-depth knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club.
