This position demands a person who is not only enthusiastic about wine but also adept at fostering a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sommelier, with at least one year in a supervisory role, and hold at minimum a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. A deep understanding of wines across regions, varietals, and pairings is essential, along with a professional approach to guest interactions and service standards.

Located at 335 Powell St, San Francisco, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join Marriott International, a global hospitality leader celebrated for its commitment to diversity and inclusion. Bourbon Steak welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is proud to foster an innovative and supportive work environment. If you are passionate about wine, dedicated to excellence, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic restaurant setting, we invite you to apply and become part of a team that values exceptional guest experiences and employee well-being.
