Position: Senior Hospitality Manager, Experiences (Formula 1)

About: Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (2-3 days a week in office) in one of our office locations – Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA, or Atlanta, GA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates with East Coast working hours as a prerequisite. Requirements: 6-8 years of work experience in hospitality or experiential marketing; experience with on-site management and execution within motorsport, ideally in Formula 1; outstanding organization, interpersonal and communication skills; strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks; ability to think on your feet and use initiative; natural at building relationships at all organizational levels; enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions; collaboration skills across disciplines, departments, and projects; demonstrated experience in roles requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and reliability; exhibit emotional intelligence and adaptability to work with various personalities; staff management experience; excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite proficiency; willingness to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods; proof of COVID vaccination or eligibility for an exemption; flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally with moderate travel expected (25-50%)
