Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Comfort standing and moving throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Confidence handling rejection
- Genuine interest in helping people and making a strong first impression
- Availability to work at least 15 hours per week including days, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or sales experience beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology including smartphone use
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
Job Duties
- Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin at retail locations, events, and trade shows
- Engage shoppers and introduce them to premium window and door solutions
- Turn great conversations into qualified in-home consultation appointments
- Set up, maintain, and manage eye-catching branded displays
- Provide excellent customer service and brand representation
- Follow up with leads and assist in scheduling consultations
- Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits
