Job Requirements
- Experience within a catering environment with knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
- NVQ Level 2 in catering, hospitality or equivalent
- Flexible and reliable attitude
- Committed to providing an excellent customer service experience
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Adaptable, friendly, polite courteous and caring
- Understanding of Health and Safety COSHH regulations
- Experience in a care home environment
Job Qualifications

- Understanding of Food Hygiene regulations

- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements and menu plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Manage kitchen operations and support the catering team
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues
