Job Description

Inspire Neurocare is a leading provider of specialist neurorehabilitation services, committed to delivering exceptional neurological care to its residents. Established with a vision to place residents at the heart of everything they do, Inspire Neurocare strives to exceed stakeholder expectations by offering high-quality services that inspire both residents and employees alike. The company is recognized for its innovative approaches, creativity, quality excellence, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for its residents. With locations expanding across various cities including Worcester, Basingstoke, Camberley, and Southampton, Inspire Neurocare is set to become one of the most respected and sought-after care providers in the UK. They aim to be known not only for their excellent care but also as a premier employer where talented professionals aspire to work and grow.

Inspire Neurocare Worcester, opened in 2020, is a modern, stylish care facility located in a tranquil residential area along the Laughern Brook Trail. It offers a peaceful environment with spacious ensuite rooms, communal lounges and dining areas, sleek glass balconies overlooking the brook, and a state-of-the-art physiotherapy gym. Accommodating up to 43 residents, the facility is thoughtfully designed to support recovery and rehabilitation, making it a preferred choice for both residents and staff members seeking a fulfilling work environment.

The position of Sous Chef at Inspire Neurocare offers a unique opportunity to join a dedicated catering team that plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the residents. This role is ideally suited for someone with experience in catering, especially within care or hospitality settings, who is passionate about delivering high-quality meals in a supportive and dynamic team environment. Working at Inspire Neurocare means being part of a culture that values creativity, innovation, and a commitment to providing 'Extra Special, Every Day' experiences to everyone they serve.

As a Sous Chef, you will contribute to creating menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of residents while adhering to health and safety standards. The role includes preparing and cooking meals in a safe and hygienic manner, managing kitchen operations, and supporting the leadership within the catering department. This position offers a competitive, above-market salary and the chance to work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development. Additionally, employees benefit from shift work arrangements that support work-life balance, wellbeing and lifestyle support programs, and referral bonuses.

Joining Inspire Neurocare means joining a team that respects and values every individual, fosters empowerment and creativity, and encourages continuous growth and development. This is an excellent chance for culinary professionals who want to make a meaningful impact in a setting that combines excellent care with a positive working atmosphere. If you are adaptable, reliable, and committed to outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect career step for you.
