The role available is for a Head Chef/Manager to lead and manage the kitchen operations effectively. This position is critical in maintaining the restaurant's high standards by overseeing all aspects of kitchen management, staff training, budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, and overall restaurant flow. The Head Chef/Manager will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, upholding health and safety regulations, and maintaining quality control throughout all food preparation processes.
