Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting
- Capability to mold, fold, and lift large sacks of baking ingredients up to 50 pounds
- Ability to manage hot ovens and baking equipment safely
- Strong commitment to health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment preferred

- Experience in baking or a related field
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to operate baking equipment and ovens

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Regularly inspect baked goods for quality ensuring they meet the bakery's standards in appearance, texture, and taste
