The role of Executive Chef at Compass Group is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary functions within a dining account. As an Executive Chef, you will lead and manage a team of culinary associates, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained. This position requires a strong understanding of menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and culinary program development. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to roll out innovative culinary programs that enhance the dining experience and drive customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience required
  • Experience in high-volume production required
  • Catering experience required
  • Previous cost control management experience required
  • Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
