Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience required
  • Experience in high-volume production required
  • Catering experience required
  • Previous cost control management experience required
  • Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
  • Plan and create all menus
  • Purchase and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversee all safety and sanitation practices
  • Lead and develop culinary team associates
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure dining service excellence
