Panera values individuals who embody its guiding principles—making people smile, learning and growing together, finding solutions, taking initiative, collaborating effectively with team members, and celebrating success. The job is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with food, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a nurturing workplace culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, possess basic food safety knowledge or certification, and be physically able to stand and move for long periods and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Joining Panera means more than just holding a job; it is about becoming part of a team that values each member's contribution, promotes career advancement and leadership development opportunities, and offers a wide range of perks including tuition discounts, employee rewards, and a comprehensive team member assistance program. This role provides a foundation for personal and professional growth within an inspiring and supportive work environment where the best thing about bread is sharing it.
