The role currently open is a support staff position within the Federales team, ideal for an energetic and talented individual eager to grow in the service industry. This position is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the front-of-house by assisting servers and bartenders, ensuring that food reaches tables promptly, and that each guest receives attentive service. Cleaning and resetting tables is also a key part of the role, as maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential to the overall guest experience. The support staff member works closely with front-of-house managers to uphold company standards and facilitate effective communication among staff and customers.
