Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service preferred
- Serve Safe Certification required
- Ability to lift and transport hot food items frequently
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products
- Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager
- Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
- Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line
- Maintain daily temperature logs
- Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers
- Alert management and pull food items that do not meet quality standards
- Complete opening and closing station checklists
- Greet customers and handle complaints with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean work station including floors, equipment, walls, and refrigerators
- Ensure work areas and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Dispose of waste accurately from the service line
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assist with daily safety observations and report hazards
- Cross-train in various areas as needed
- Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required
- Perform tasks assigned by managers or supervisors
- Lead and advise employees on the line to ensure timely service
- Request support for sanitation issues as needed
